If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you may return the
item to us within 14 days. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. A
copy of the original sales receipt must be included with your return.
All items MUST be in new, unused condition with original packaging and
in resale-able condition. Any used tools will not be accepted for return
under any circumstances. If an item is found to be defective we will
exchange/refund on an individual basis in conjunction with the
manufacturers return policy. These terms and conditions are subject to
change without notice. A 15% re-stocking fee may be applied to any item
at our discretion.

to speak with you and find a solution. NOTE: We will not accept returns
on tooling that is used because you purchased the incorrect part/tool.
Please be sure that you research the correct item you need BEFORE
ordering and contact us if you have any questions.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number before they may be
returned to us for refund or exchange. Please email at

obtain a Return Authorization Number.
